Stutz
What made this refreshing was likely unplanned, which of course I shall not give away as it would take away a pivotal moment of this film's success. But know that for a movie that is mostly a conversation between a therapist and his patient it's not nearly as dry or boring as one might come to think.
Overall, even if it's not the equivalent of a therapy session, there's something quite sincere and beautiful about the relationship Hill has with Stutz, while it's still a "professional" relationship of sorts. I also just appreciate the thoughtfulness of Hill, which I found in him from even his first film, 'Superbad.' He's more special than I think many realize, and certainly more than he gives himself credit for ..... and that's basically the crux of this, along with this clear, undying appreciation for what he would call not just his therapist, but his friend.
