Mixing horror and Christmas may not settle well with many, but they're truly missing out. Sometimes it turns out brilliantly (Black Christmas), and sometimes it's nothing more than a great title and poster (Silent Night, Deadly Night). Krampus gets it just right. The environment is set up and paced perfectly, the atmosphere is beautifully lush, and when Krampus arrives, it's a fun and jolly sort of riveting. Just see the damn thing - it's a hoot!
